1. Call the office and our vision coordinator will ask you questions to pre-screen your candidacy for Same Day LASIK. There are certain circumstances due to type of contacts that you wear that would disqualify you for having your exam and Lasik in the same day. Therefore, when you call the office we will ask you a series of questions regarding the type of lenses that you use. The final decision will be determined after you have had a complete and thorough examination by Dr. Caruso.
2. You will receive your consent and introduction letter in the mail. Read the consent thoroughly and call the office should you have any questions at all.
3. Come to our office for your evaluation, examination and LASIK all in the same day!
